A detailed file layout, along with algorithms for customizing these distributions, are available upon request from ron@ppca-inc.com. 38 Indexes are provided for the U.S.: 12 Value, 12 Growth, 4 Core (the "stuff" between Value and Growth), and 10 Total. 32 Indexes are provided for Foreign: 14 Style, 9 Sector, and 9 Country. By downloading these files you agree that you will not re-distribute them in any form, and that these files are for your exclusive use. Any redistribution is in violation of PPCA's legal property rights to this data, which it grants to you for your exclusive use only, upon payment of the indicated fee.
